Intellectual property strategy system and highlights of patent technology

Patent scale and quality

As of August 2025, the company has cumulatively obtained over 90 patents (including 12 invention patents), covering core technical fields such as brushless motor control and automatic winding equipment.

Representative patents include "Sensorless Starting Control Method for Three-phase Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motors" (CN 117595718B) and "Automated Coil Winding Machine" (CN 115733319B), significantly enhancing motor energy efficiency and production automation levels.

Collaborative innovation among industry, academia and research institutions

We have jointly established a postdoctoral research station with Zhejiang University and Hangzhou Dianzi University, and achieved rapid patent transformation through technologies such as embedded MCU and 3D finite element simulation.

Led the formulation of two "Zhejiang Manufacturing" standards, promoting the standardization of industry technology.

Intellectual property Risk response

The invention patent dispute case involved in litigation in July 2025 (the case number of the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court has not been made public) reflects the company's efforts in safeguarding its core patents.

Through the model of "producing one generation, reserving one generation, and researching and developing one generation", a patent moat has been built, and over 3.2 million sets of high-speed direct drive motors have been produced cumulatively.

Innovation platform support

Relying on provincial high-tech enterprise R&D centers, postdoctoral workstations and other platforms, the proportion of R&D investment in the past three years has exceeded the industry average, forming a closed loop of "patent - product - market".
