1. Equipment Inspection: Before using an angle grinder, first conduct a thorough inspection. This includes checking the power cord, plug, and switch, ensuring the grinding wheel is securely installed, and ensuring the protective cover is in good condition.

2. Wearing Protective Equipment: Angle grinders generate a large amount of dust and sparks during operation, so operators must wear protective equipment such as safety glasses, a dust mask, and protective gloves.

3. Installing the Grinding Wheel: Install the grinding wheel onto the spindle of the angle grinder and tighten it with a wrench. Be careful not to install the grinding wheel securely, as it could fly off during high-speed rotation and cause serious injury.

4. Connecting the Power Supply: Plug the angle grinder's power cord into an electrical outlet and turn on the power switch. The angle grinder's motor should now start running.

5. Adjust the Grinding Wheel: Adjust the angle and position of the grinding wheel according to the material and area being ground.

6. Start grinding: Bring the angle grinder close to the material to be ground and gently push it along the desired path. During grinding, maintain a moderate distance between the grinding wheel and the material to prevent overheating.

7. End grinding: When grinding is complete, turn off the power switch and remove the grinding wheel. Finally, use a brush to remove any dust generated by grinding.

8. Maintenance: After use, clean the angle grinder from dust and stains and store it in a dry, cool place. Regular maintenance will extend its lifespan.
